Tom is a Delta-Force and special forces veteran who survived the Battle at Mogadishu, the event portrayed in the movie, Blackhawk Down. He recently published a book, All Secure: A Special Operations Soldier's Fight to Survive on the Battlefield and the Homefront.

Jen heads up their non-profit, All Secure Foundation. ASF was born from the real life struggle Tom and Jen faced when he stepped away from a life of service after 25 years in the Army, 20 in the most elite Special Operations unit, Delta Force, and into a now unfamiliar civilian world.​ All Secure Foundation assists special operation veterans and their families heal from the invisible wounds of war.
